The Quick way to Make Healthy and Yummy Noodles at Home
Noodles is favourite snack for many. As it’s easy to make and sumptuous too. But these days, many of us are concerned about instant Noodles, esp about the high sodium content and other possible side effects. Here’s the quick recipe to make your favourite Noodles at home. You’ll find it more tasty than the instant ones.
- Add a pinch of salt to flour. Pour in water slowly. Stir the flour with a spoon. Stop pouring water once you see there is no dry flour in your blow.
- Roll out dough, and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Cut into strips and spread to dry–dust with a little flour. Let dry for approximately 2 hours.
- Cook the Noodles. Or you can keep it dry for later use(up to 3 days)
