AMRITSARI FISH
Ingredients:
- fish fillet -8
- gram flour -200 gms
- garlic paste -1 tbsp
- ginger paste -1 tbsp
- ajwain -1 tsp
- red chili powder -1 tbsp
- lemon juice -1 tbsp
- egg -1
- curd -100 gms
- oil and salt
Instructions:
Cut fish into half inch size cubes. Marinate with salt, lime juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and red chilli powder. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Then make a batter of gram flour, curd, egg, ajwain, salt and water. Dip marinated fish pieces in this batter for 10 minutes. Heat a wide pan, add oil to it and deep fry the fish till golden brown. Serve amritsari fish garnish with lime wedges.
