BBQ PRAWNS

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet Continental Malaysian Creamy Satay Recipe Base
  • 600g green prawns, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water
Instructions:
Mix Recipe Base and oil together in a large bowl, add prawns and coat well with marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Thread prawns onto skewers and barbecue for 5-10 minutes until cooked through. Delicious served as an entrée or part of your barbecue meal.
