Ingredients:
  • Bread -6 Nos
  • Curry Leaves -Few
  • Mustard -1 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder -1 Tea Spoon
  • Urad Dal -1 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin Seed -Few
  • Tomato -2 Nos
  • Onion -2 Nos
  • Green Chili -2 Nos
  • Coconut Oil -1 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Water
Instructions:
Cut the bread into small pieces, Then heat the pan with 1 1/2 teaspoon, add mustard, curry leaves, cumin seeds, urad dal into it and mixed well. Then add the sliced onion and green chili into it, after some time it has a color change, then added the sliced tomato, turmeric powder and salt, mix it well & cook it for some time. Add some water & cook for some time, then add the bread pieces into the pan, mix well and cook for a few minutes. The tasty & spicy bread Upma ready
