Chicken Fry

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • Chicken
  • Chilly powder - 50 gms
  • Gram flour - 100 gms
  • Lemon - 1
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste - 15 gms
  • Oil
  • salt
  • Curry leaves
Cut the chicken into large cuts and clean. Make a marination with all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and fry the chicken till golden red and drain the pieces from excess oil. Serve the chicken garnished with mixed salad dressed with lemon juice.
