Chicken Fry

- Chilly powder - 50 gms
- Gram flour - 100 gms
- Lemon - 1
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Ginger garlic paste - 15 gms
- Oil
- salt
- Curry leaves
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into large cuts and clean. Make a marination with all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and fry the chicken till golden red and drain the pieces from excess oil. Serve the chicken garnished with mixed salad dressed with lemon juice.
