COCONUT LADDO
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- coconut 1 cup
- sugar 1/2 cup
- cardamom 1 tsp
- broken cashews 1 tsp
- ghee 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
Grate the coconut, powder the sugar and cardamom. In a pan, heat the ghee and add coconut then fry it till it turn golden brown. now add sugar powder, cardamom powder and cashews and mix well. make small balls from the coconut mix and serve.
