Fish Bhajji Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 Herring Fish
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 6 Green Chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Soft Fresh Bead Crumbs
  • ¾ Cup Gram Flour
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ Cup Butter
Instructions:
Chop onion into slices.Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Wash and clean fishes. Sauté onion in heated butter till it becomes pinkish brown. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt and coriander. Remove from fire and add mashed potatoes, lemon juice and vinegar. Mix well and stuff the fish with the potato mixture. In a separate bowl, mix gram flour, bread crumbs, salt, and red chili powder. Add water just enough to make a batter. Take the stuffed fish and dip it in the batter and then deep fry in heated oil. Garnish with lettuce leaves, lemon wedges and chopped coriander leaves
