Ingredients:
  • Puttu Podi -1 Cup
  • Fried Fish -3 Nos
  • Tomato -1 Nos
  • Onion -1 Nos
  • Garlic & Ginger Paste -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Chilly Powder -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Pepper Powder -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder -1 Pinch
  • Green Chilly -1 Nos
  • Curry Leaves -Few
  • Coconut Oil -2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat a pan with coconut oil, sliced tomato, onion,garlic & ginger paste, green chilly and curry leaves, Then cook it for some time. Add chilly powder with fried fish remove from bones and cooked it for few minute. Then add grated coconut and mix it well.Then fill the masala in puttu kutti and fill it with puttu podi and steam away. The taste and healthy fish masala puttu ready.
