Fish Roll Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • ½ Kg Fish Fillets
  • 4 Onions
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 8 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil
Wash and clean fish fillets. Apply little salt and keep aside. Chop onion into slices. Beat the eggs. Mix 5 tbsp bread crumbs, milk, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice, onions, green chillies, coriander, 2 tbsp beaten egg and salt to taste. Mix well. Keep little stuffing on one side of fish fillet and roll the fillet. Dip the fish fillet in beaten egg and then roll it on the bread crumbs. Heat oil enough for shallow frying and fry the fillets till they are crisp and golden brown.
