Gooseberry / Amla has wonderful Health Benefits & Nutritional values. Gooseberry known as Amla is among the healthiest food due to its high nutrient content. It is a rich source of antioxidants, iron, vitamin A, C, fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Gooseberry - 3 medium size
  • Green Chili - 1 medium size
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Curry leaves - 5 nos
  • Salt - as required
Instructions:
Chop the above ingredient to small pieces and grind in mixer grinder without adding water. Strain the mixture to a container and again grind the pulp with three cup of water. Strain the liquid and add it to first one. Add the salt as required. And serve chilled.
