- Bread - 8 slices
- Butter - as required
- Cheddar cheese - as required
- Crushed Pepper - as taste
- Roasted cumin powder/ chat masala - as required
Grate the cheese and mix crushed pepper in it as your taste. Spread butter on each slice of bread and fill the grated cheese inside two bread. Heat the grill and place the sandwich over that and grill for 2-3 minutes till sandwich is crisp and golden brown. Serve with tomato chilli sauce or chutney
