Garlic contains organo-sulfur compounds, they can  destroy the cells in glioblastomas (brain tumer cells). Also it contain allyl sulphides. It has anti-cancer properties. According to studies, allyl sulphide found in garlic inhibits the transformation of PhIP  into carcinogens.

Contains Medicinal Properties:

Garlic is a plant in the Onion family. It is good for health and has many medicinal properties. It contains Allicin (sulfur compound), which helps for health benefits. Allicin is also responsible for its distinct garlic smell. It helps to prevent and reduce the severity of common illnesses like the flu and common cold.

Prevent from skin infections:

Garlic has both antibacterial and antiviral properties. This helps to prevent us from skin infections. Garlic contains ajoene, helps to prevent from skin infections like ringworm and athlete’s foot. For skin infections, we can use garlic juice into affected area.

Allicin present in garlic, blocks the activity of angiotensin II, it helps in reducing blood pressure. Polysulphides present in garlic are converted into a gas called hydrogen sulphide by red blood cells that helps dilate your blood vessels and helps control blood pressure. By adding garlic to our daily meals, controls blood pressure.

Protect our Heart:

Garlic helps to protect the heart from the damaging effects of free oxygen radicals. Garlic contains  sulphur-containing compounds, which prevent our blood vessels from becoming blocked and slow the development of atherosclerosis. Also it  prevent the formation of clots inside your blood vessels.
