The phone is driven on 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64 bit processor supported by 1 GB RAM in 3G version and 1.7 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT 6752 64 bit processor supported by 2 GB RAM on 4G version.
HTC also offer Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS with HTC Sense UI and 16GB internal storage and expandable memory upto 32GB.
5 inch HD Display with multitouch capacitive touchscreen expected to have brilliant imaging. The Dual facing speakers in front will offer the best audio experience as previous models.
The latest version of desire is loaded with 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera.
