  • Chicken -1 Kg
  • Turmeric Powder -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Chilly Powder -3 Tea Spoon
  • Ginger Paste -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Garlic paste -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Curry Leaves-Few
  • Onion -3 Nos
  • Tomato -2 Nos
  • Capsicum -2 Nos
  • Cinnamon -1
  • Green Chilly -2 Nos
  • cumin -Few
  • Cloves -2 Nos
  • Oil -4 Tea Spoon
  • Salt To Tate
  • Lemon -1 Nos
Heat the kadai with chilly powder, turmeric powder,ginger, garlic paste and salt.add the chicken & mix well then cook it for some time, Then heat the pan with oil,curry leaves, cinnamon,cloves,cumin & onion.Cook it for some time when it becomes brownish color, Then add the tomato paste & mix well. Add the salt to taste & combine the prepared chicken and cook for some time , Add some water for more gravy the heat with less flame. When it becomes gravy, then added the sliced capsicum & lemon juice top of the curry. The spicy kadai chicken is ready to serve.
