Mushroom Fry Recipes



  • Mushroom              – 500 gms
  • Onion                       – 2 small  (sliced)
  • Garlic                        –  5 (slit)
  • Ginger                       – 1/2
  • Green Chilies          –  2 or 3 (slit)
  • Garam masala         – 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder    – 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder        – 1 tsp
  • Green capsicum     – 1, large
  • Oil                             – 2 tbsps
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Steps

[“Clean the mushroom and Vertically into thin slices. Heat Oil in a Pan. Add the Onion and saute till they begin to get light browned. Next add Green Chilies, Ginger and chopped Garlic and saute for 3 mts. Add the Capsicum pieces and saute on medium high for 4-5 mts. Next  Add the sliced mushrooms   and fry on medium flame for about 6 minutes. Now add salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Fry everything for another 2-4 minutes till the mushroom pieces are nicely browned. Switch off and take it in a servin dish. Garnish with coriander leaves and a piece of lemon. The Mushroom fry with white rice and some curry. It is Good and Simple dish. The delicious and tasty food. “]
