Ingredients
- Mushroom – 500 gms
- Onion – 2 small (sliced)
- Garlic – 5 (slit)
- Ginger – 1/2
- Green Chilies – 2 or 3 (slit)
- Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Green capsicum – 1, large
- Oil – 2 tbsps
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
Preparation Steps
[“Clean the mushroom and Vertically into thin slices. Heat Oil in a Pan. Add the Onion and saute till they begin to get light browned. Next add Green Chilies, Ginger and chopped Garlic and saute for 3 mts. Add the Capsicum pieces and saute on medium high for 4-5 mts. Next Add the sliced mushrooms and fry on medium flame for about 6 minutes. Now add salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Fry everything for another 2-4 minutes till the mushroom pieces are nicely browned. Switch off and take it in a servin dish. Garnish with coriander leaves and a piece of lemon.
