Ingredients:
- Mushroom -1 Cup
- Onion -1 Nos
- Capsicum -1 Nos
- Garlic Sliced -1 Tea Spoon
- Egg -3 Nos
- Milk -1/4 Cup
- Mint Leaf-Few
- Salt as required
- Pepper Powder -To taste
Instructions:
Take a bowl & Break the eggs in to it, add 1/4 cup milk and beat well. then add the pepper,salt,mint leaf & garlic into it then again mix well.Then heat the pan with some butter then add the sliced onion & capsicum in to it mixed well then heat for some time.add the mushroom in to it then cook for until the color become brownish.Then add the egg mix in to mushroom then heat well, cook both side of that switch off the heat when it become omelette shape.Then it can be cut for eating.The healthy mushroom omelette different from other breakfast.
