Hot Oil Treatement:

We can choose any natural oil like olive oil or coconut oil etc. And heat it up so that it is warm. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. This will help to prevent hair loss.

Practice meditation:

The root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance. Other yoga asanas like kapalbhati, balayam and anulomvilomalso help hair growth. These asanascleanse our system and open blockages for proper oxygen and blood flow,which results in nourishing hair follicles.

Amla:

Another cause of hair fall is lack of vitamins in your body. Amla contains vitamin C, which helps to prevent hair loss. Amla could be applied onto the scalp. We can prepare a small mixture by crushing an amla. This juice can be added to sequenced lemon and mix well. Now you can apply to the scalp and leave it to dry.

Onion And Honey Application:
Cut onion in half and apply the juicy part of the cut onion on your scalp evenly so that every area is covered. Now follow this by generously applying honey all over the scalp and massaging it into the scalp.  Leave it there for a few minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this process once in ten days to prevent hair fall.
