Onam Special Paal Payasam
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Milk -1 litres
- Raw rice -1/2 cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom – 1/3 tsp
- Cashews & dry grapes
- water
Instructions:
In a cooker pan heat gee and add cashew nuts and dry grapes then transfer them to a bawl. In the same gee add broken rice and roast for 2 to 3 minutes. Next add milk and stir well and pressure cook in low flame for 3-4 whistle. Add sugar and let it boil for another 4-5 minutes then switch off the flame. Garnish Paal payasam with roasted cashews & dry grapes .
