Ingredients:
  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Rice Flour - 3 table spoons
  • Besan - 1 table spoon
  • Corn Powder - 2 table spoons
  • Chili Paste, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste - 1 tea spoon each
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Lime Juice - as required
  • Water - 4 table spoon
  • Oil - for frying
  • Salt - as required
  • Chopped onions - 3 table spoon
  • Sliced green chilies - 2-3
  • Chopped ginger - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chopped garlic - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Curry leaves - 10 nos
  • Dry Chilies - 2
  • Mustard Seed - if need
Instructions:
Take 3 tablespoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of besan and 2 tablespoon of corn powder and mix them in a bowl. Add green chili paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, masala powder, lime juice and salt to the mixture. Add 4 tablespoon of water and make a smooth paste. Then add paneer cubes and mix the paste with cubes and allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat the fry pan with oil and when its medium hot add paneer cube to hot oil, keep cubes in space thus it don't stick. Flip and fry the both sides till it become crisp and golden. Drain the fried paneer cubes on kitchen paper towels o remove excess oil. In same pan, heat oil, then add mustard seed, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, red chilies, chopped onion and curry leaves stir till onions turn translucent then add salt, a bit of sugar, and stir well. Add the fried paneer cubes and mix and toss the paneer with the ingredients. Lastly add some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot

Usually this a dry dish, and you can make aloo 65, and mushroom 65 and so on with make a substitute for paneer with the same. You can serve the paneer 65 with chapati, naan, tandoori rotis or even with rice.
