Paneer bread roll is a healthy snack & always favorite to vegans.

Ingredients:
  • Bread -4 Nos
  • Crumbled paneer -1/2 cup
  • oil -2 Tea spoon
  • Green peas -Few
  • Jeera -1 pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 Tea spoon
  • Turmeric Powder -1 pinch
  • Chili powder -1 Tea Spoon
  • Butter -1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt as required
Instructions:
First heat a pan with oil,jeera and ginger garlic paste then saute well.Add green peas into it then cook for 3 minute,add chili powder,turmeric powder and salt then saute again well.Then add crumbled paneer mix it well cook for few minute.then fill the bread with paneer mix then change it a role,make some corn flour paste for applying on the bread role edge.Then heat the pan with butter and fry them both side,The tasty and delicious paneer bread ready for eat.
