Peruchazhi Film Review

Peruchazhi is a brilliant visual feast for malayalam movie lovers directed by Arun Vaidyanathan. Its a well crafted satire starring Mohanlal, Mukesh, Ragini Nandwani, Vijay Babu, Baburaj, Aju Varghese, Sean James Sutton, Sandra Thomas, Poonam Bajwa, Delhi Ganesh, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Ramesh Pisharody in leading roles. Apart of usual family entertainers the elements of plot is Friendship, Love, Betrayal, Revenge which is served on a comic script.

The story is based on Jagannathan (Mohanlal) who have inborn talent to solve any issues in the most prudent manner. Pottakuzhy Jabbar (Baburaj) and Vayalar Varkey (Aju Varghese) are his close friends. And in a fine day Francis Kunjappan (Mukesh) offers Jagannathan a deal to help a election candidate John Kory to win the election to become upcoming governor at California. Jaganathan takes the mission and help John Kory’s Team headed by Sunny Kurishingal (Vijay Babu) to win election.

On Technical aspect Peruchazhi is a the first malayalam film which finishes its shooting in a foreign country in 30 days. 154 minute movie is edited by Vivek Harshan the editor of famous movies Big B and 22 Female Kottayam, done an great job. Cinematographer Aravind Krishnan proves his talents showing fabulous shots. The Music is composed by Arrora and the background score and music sync with the theme very well.

In short Peruchazhi is family entertainer in a new recipe that will entertain the audience in 154 minutes.
