Savala vada recipe
Ingredients:
  • Big Onion - 1 no
  • Gram Flour (Kadala Mavu) - 10 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1/4 tbsp
  • Green Chilli - 1 no
  • Water
  • Coconut Oil
  • Salt
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients to make a very thick batter with required amount of water. The batter should be thicker than the Dosa batter. Then heat coconut oil in a pan. Deep fry each spoon of onion batter in oil and serve hot Savala vada with tomato sauce.
