Scrambled Egg with Bread
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Eggs- 4
- Onions-2
- Tomatoes-1
- Capsicum-1
- Bread-2 Slices
- Turmeric powder-1/2 Tsp
- Coriander leaves-3 Tbsp
- Oil-3-4 Tbsp
Instructions:
Cut the onions, tomatoes, capsicum into small pieces and keep it aside. Take a frying pan and heat 3-4 tbsp of oil. First add onions and fry it till golden brown. Then add tomatoes and capsicum and fry it on a low flame till they are soft. Add the turmeric powder, bread cubes and add the eggs one by one on the ingredients. On a low flame mix all the ingridients and add salt according to one's taste. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5minuts. Now you can turn off the fire and serve with coriander leaves.
