Veg Bread Cutlet Recipe

Bread Cutlet is just enjoy the snack this monsoon with some tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Bread slices     – 10

Onions             –  1 cups

Rice Flour       –  2 teaspoon

Boiled Potatoes           –  1 cup

Green Peas         –  1/2 cups

Garam Masala       – 1/2 teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder   – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt                             –   to taste

Oil

Instructions

[“Frist one Cook Potatoes until al dente. Take a large bowl. Add the bread slices and potatoes to it. Next add green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, onions, peas, salt and rice flour. Mix all ingredients. Now add some lemon juice andmix them all again. This mixture take small round balls design them as per your desired shapes. Next Heat the pan with oil. Now, take the cutlets and place them on the pan and shallow fry them on both sides, until they turn reddish brown in colour. Transfer the cutlets on to a serving plate and serve them hot with some tomato sauce.”]
