Black Bottom Cupcakes

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • flour- 2 cups
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • cocoa- 1/4 cup
  • baking soda- 1tsp
  • water- 1 cup
  • salt- 1tsp
  • oil
  • vinegar- 1tbsp
  • vanilla-1tsp
  • chocolate chips- 1 cup
  • powdered sugar-1/3 cup
  • cream cheese- 1 package
In a small bowl, beat dry ingredients together and set aside. Then add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla and again beat with mixer until smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Take a separate bowl, add both cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Drop a heaping tablespoonful of cheese mixture in center of batter of each cupcake. Bake at 360° for 15-20 minutes .
