Egg Chaat Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Jaggery
  • 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 Tsp Chat Masala
  • ¾ Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 Onions
Boil the eggs. Chop onion, green chilies and eggs. In a pan, boil jaggery and tamarind paste with little water. Keep stirring till it becomes thick chutney. Mix all the Ingredients: and add salt to taste.
