Egg Dosa Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • 1 Egg Per Dosa
  • Left Over Dosa Batter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Oil
Heat the dosa griddle and spread dosa batter.Break one egg on the dosa and spread a little. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Spread 1 tsp oil around dosa. Cook till golden brown.
