- Boiled Egg - 4
- Sliced Onion - 1
- Tomato - 3
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
- Curry Leave - 8-10
- Coriander leave - 3-4
- Salt - as required
- Oil - 3 Tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Green Chilli - 2-3
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2 table spoon
- Cashews - 5-6
- Garam Masala - as required
Clean the shell of Boiled eggs. Heat oil and add onions to a non stick pan, add ginger paste and keep it on flame till it comes to golden yellow. Now add all spice powders and salt and mix it well. Add tomato paste and cook till the raw smell vanish. Add a cup of water and boil it, Meanwhile make coconut paste, cashew paste and chilli paste. Add these to curry and make flame simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Now slit the eggs and garnish with tomatoes and mint leave.
