French Fries are best option for a mid time snack at anytime. Getting perfect a homemade french fries recipe is difficult but we manage to have a recipe which is nearly to those you get from fast food chains.
The Recipe is simple as the french fries is, first up all we need to peel the skin of some potatoes and chop them to rectangular pieces. Wash the chopped pieces in water for twice. Then take some water in a bowl and sink potato pieces to it and refrigerate it for an hour. After an hour, drain the potatoes and dry them with kitchen tissues.
Then heat the oil to a medium and add the potatoes to the oil, fry them till potatoes get cook, but don’t make it brown. Drain oil from french fries with kitchen tissue. Meanwhile the french fries cool down, heat up the oil and make it hot. Add french fries to the oil and cook till its crispy brown depends on your taste. Again drain them in kitchen tissue to remove the excess oil. Season it with Salt and other seasoning depends on your taste.

1, Chop the potatoes lengthwise. 2, Rinse them in water twice 3, Keep the Potato pieces in a bowl of cold water and refrigerate for an hour. 4, Drain the potatoes with kitchen tissue after an hour. 5, Pan heat the oil to medium flame and fry the potatoes till it cooked and soft. 6, Drain them with kitchen tissue and let them cool. 7, Meanwhile heat the oil again and dip the fried potatoes to it. 8, Fry the potatoes till they are crispy brown and drain the oil with kitchen tissue. 9, Sprinkle some seasonings and salt as per your taste. And Serve hot.
