Lady’s Finger Pickle

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 Kg Ladies Fingers
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafetida
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Red Chili Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 Curry Leaves
Wash Lady's finger and remove the ends of each Ladies finger and slit on one side. Mix all the ground spices with salt and little lemon juice. Take each Ladies finger and fill the spices through the slit. Heat the oil and fry curry leaves. Add Ladies fingers and the rest of the lemon juice. Now you can boil it for 10 mints and serve.
