BANANA FRY

Ingredients:
- 4 Ripe Banana split in to 2 halves
- 1 Cup Rice powder
- 1/2 Cup Maida
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- oil
- 3 Teaspoons Sugar
- Salt
Instructions:
Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water . In a pan,heat oil and dip the banana pieces into it and fry. When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out.
