Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs - 2 nos
- Bread Slices - 4 nos
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 large Sliced
- Garlic - 1 Large Chopped
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala or Spice Mix - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Grated Vegetables as required
Instructions:
Boil and remove the egg shells. Then Slice each to 4 slices. Pan heat the oil then add cumin, garlic and onion, sprinkle salt over the same. fry till onion turn golden. Add Spices and fry well. Toast the bread and spread the layer of fried onion and place eggs and cover with the same layer of onion. Spread the veggies and cover it the a slice of bread.
