Cauliflower Puree Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp of sour cream
  • water
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • Salt
  • pepper
In a pan, combine cauliflower and water and boil over high heat. Now you can reduce heat and cook until cauliflower is very tender. Then transfer cauliflower to a blender. Add a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid and blend until smooth. Now you can add sour cream and butter, and blend 5 to 10 seconds more. Finally add salt and pepper.
