Ingredients:
  • Curd -1 Cup
  • Onion -1 Nos
  • Ginger Paste -1 Tea Spoon
  • Pepper Powder -1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Rice Flour -6 Tea Spoon
  • Salt - As required
  • oil -As required
  • Green Capsicum -1 Nos
Instructions:
Take the curd in a bowl, Cut the capsicum & onion in to small pieces. Add the sliced onion & capsicum in to the curd bowl, add ginger paste,pepper powder,some rice flour and salt in to it and mix well. Take the mix and make it small balls then heat the pan with oil. The shaped mix dip in to rice flour,then fry it for some time. The tasty & healthy curd fritters ready.
