A whole egg contain as much as nutrients require to turn a single cell to a baby chicken, so eggs are most nutritious food. There are a variety of egg dishes available. - 1. Egg - 4 Nos
- 2. Onion - 2 Nos
- 3. Green chilies - 2 Nos
- 4. Tomato - 2 Nos
- 5. Ginger garlic paste -1 Tea spoon
- 6. Curry leaves -1 spring
- 7. Red chili powder - 3/4 Tea spoon
- 8. Pepper powder -1/2 Tea spoon
- 9. Garam masala powder - 1 pinch
- 10. Salt to taste
- 11. Oil - 3 Tea spoons
Heat the fry pan with oil & add sliced onions, green chilies, curry leaves and heat for 8 mins. Add garlic ginger paste to it & heat for 4 mins. Add sliced tomatoes and heat for 5 mins. Add red chili powder, pepper powder and salt and mix. Add 1/4 cup of water and boiled eggs, place lid & heat for 9 mins. Remove lid , add garam masala powder & continue to cook for 3 mins.
